Show NOTICE OF INTENTION. Notlco Js hereby given by tho Board of Commissioners of Ogden City, Utah, of the Intention of said Board of Commissioners to mako the following described improvement, to-wlt: to-wlt: To create Orchard Avenue from Twenty-fifth to Twenty-sixth streets as a paving district and to pave tho roadway therein with six (6) IncbcB of concrete, the building of all culverts, cul-verts, Irrigation and drainage sys-Unn, sys-Unn, -b.jcohuilcUng-qnd 4iulldliyA(J all curbs, gutters, and sidewalks where necessary, also to construct six-Inch newer laterals and water service pipeB from the main to the sidewalk line at tho expense of the individual owners opposite the lots oqyparts of lots or houses not now supplied with, such connections, together to-gether with the necessary grading therefor, and all other things neces-1 sary .to complete the whole In a proper prop-er manner according to the plans, specifications, and profiles on file In the office of the City Engineer, and to defray the whole of the cost and expense of the abuttor's portion thereof there-of by a levy of a special tax to be assessed upon the lots, or pieces or ground within tho following described describ-ed district being the district to be affected af-fected or benefited by such Improvement, Improve-ment, namely: All the land lying between be-tween the outer boundary lines ot said street and a line drawn fifty feet back from and parallel to said outer boundary lines on both sides of Orchard Or-chard avenue between Twenty-fifth and Twenty-sixth streets, being Lots 1 to 10, inclusive, Block 15, Plat "A," Ogden City Survey. The estimated cost of each water connection is fifteen ($15.00) dollars. The estimated cost of each sewer connection Is twenty ($20.00) dollars. dol-lars. Tho estimated cost as given below does not include the cost of constructing con-structing private sewer and water connections which aro to be1 assessed asses-sed against the property benefited in addition to the regular assessment The total cost of said Improvement Is estimated at thirty-one hundred ($3100 00) dollars. All protests or objections to such improvement or to the carrying out of such intention must be presented In writing signed by the owners of abutting property describing the same together with the number of abutting front feet and be filed with the City Recorder on or before the 24th day of April, 1916. The Board of Commissioners at Its first regular meeting thereafter, to-wit, to-wit, tho 24th day of April, 1916, will consider the proposed levy and hear and consider such protests or objections objec-tions to said Improvement as shall have been made.
