HftLLIS Thirteen new boarders were registered regis-tered at the city jail this morning for periods of from 5 to 10 days, by order of the municipal court judge. The five-day men were William J. Mc-Guire, Mc-Guire, William Hurley, Tom Kelly, V. Ward, John Stapp, Frank Moran, John Stanley, J. E. Cheney, E. J. Sullivan, Dave Terry and Clarence Botls, all but the last two named having been' found guilty oT drunkennoss. Terry and Botts were arrested April 9th, near tho O. Elizabeth Smith and Mary J Burton, charged with disturbing the , peace, each forfeited 5 bail. They were arrested at Twenty-eighth street and Washington avenue, by Detective SypherB and Patrolman Moore. For ' operating motorcycles without state license numbers, L. D. Carglll, W. B. ; Kennedy and W. Ayres were each fined $1. J. E. Rich was fined a sim- ' liar amount for oporating an automo- i bile without a number. |
