Qulgley, Qulg-ley, having In his possession all the securities stolen on a ferryboat at New York on February 2G, was arrested ar-rested here this eening The arrest was a piece of good luck by the postal authorities. Qulgley Avas seized on suspicion of being wanted in St. Louis for raising money orders. An alleged confederate, named George F Windall, was arrested ar-rested with linn, bul Is held on a technical tech-nical charge Qulgley fought against arrest, but was overpowered.
