Show ALBERT ECCLES IS SUED BY ATTORNEY Salt Lake, Jan. 20. Suit to collect $3750 for services he claims to have rendered in bringing about the compromise com-promise in the claim of Albert Ec-cles Ec-cles to a share in the estate of the late David Eccles was filed in the Third district court yesterday by Fred C. Ehman against Thomas W. Sloan, guardian of the person and estate es-tate of Albert Eccles. It is alleged by Mr. Ehman that his services as mediator were sought by the attorneys for the Albert Eccles interests when the judgment of the trial court in favor of Albert Eccles, by which he was awarded a share in the estate, was threatened with further fur-ther litigation. Mr. Ehman sets forth in the bill of complaint that in response re-sponse to the appeal of Attorney W. H. King of King & Nibley, counsel for the plaintiff, he did mediate, with the understanding that he was to receive re-ceive remuneration for his services. He further contends that tho settlement settle-ment granting $150,000 of the estate was the result of his endeavor and upon this ground he bases his claim for tho amount asked as a judgment |
