MAYOR INVITED TO CO INTO MILITARY fill Mayor A. R. Heywood has received an Invitation to attend a meeting in Salt Lake January 20, the purpose of which will be to discuss the question of establishing a citizens' military training camp in Utah. The proposed camp will bo under the direction of the war department. The mayor Btates that he will give the Invitation consideration and in ail probability will attend. He Is for preparedness pre-paredness and thinks the plan of organizing or-ganizing citizens' military camps has considerable merit.
