DEFENDANTS WIN IN TRESPASS SDIT Judgo J A Howell has rendered a verdict for the defendants in the trespass tres-pass and damage suit of Enoch Fuller against Earlguhr Ferrin et al. The suit Involved only $50 damages, but tho question of trespass was of considerable con-siderable importance, as it had to do with the use of a large area of grazing graz-ing lands on Wolf Creek, in the vicinity vi-cinity of Liberty. The plaintiff claimed ownership of lands over which the defendants had driven stock to grazing lands further up tho creek, throwing down the piaintlff's gate to got the stock through. The defendants contended that by usage for a number of years a right-of-way easement had been acquired.
