OCR Text	Show IN DECLARED SHE -OELO ON ANOTHER CHARGE Examination of L. F. O'Brien by a lunacy board has resulted in finding the man sane. O'Brien is being hold .In the county jail, however, pending Investigation of alleged threats to kill the doctors who examined him for his sanity a number of months ago. At the previous examination, O'Brien O'-Brien was adjudgod insane and ho was committed to the state mental hospital, hos-pital, but he was turned over to a brother who came after him from Chicago, Chi-cago, the relative taking the responsibility respon-sibility of caring for him. A few days ago, O'Brien made his appearance In Ogden again and it is claimed that he threatened the lives of the physicians, Dr J. W. Pidcock and Dr. G. W Green, and some of the officers who "wore instrumental in making tho former arrest. The sheriff's sher-iff's office was advised of the alleged threats and the man was again arrested.
