Show SEP1TED AFTER SIXTEEN YEARS On ex-parte testimony this morning, Judge J. A. Howell granted a decree of divorce to the plaintiff in the proceedings pro-ceedings of Barbara Johnson against Hyrum Johnson. Mrs. Johnson testifying testi-fying that the defendant had been cruel and had Incited some of the children to mistreat her. She said that on one occasion the defendant locked the provision room against her, and that, when she undertook to enter en-ter the place, one of the girls assaulted assault-ed her, claiming at the time that the father had instructed her to do so. A partition of property interest was made by agreement between the parties, par-ties, who were married May 22, 1S90. |
