McCall. handed down an opinion today holding that intoxicating intoxicat-ing liquors shipped Into Tennessee are subject to tho laws of the state from tho time they reach thoir destination des-tination in Tennessee until they again leave the border of the state, or arc placed In the hands of an interstate carrier for transportation out of the state.
