Show SM OF IDE FRUIT INDUSTRY OF SfflE OF UTAH Committees were appointed by the state horticultural commission yesterday yester-day to actively begin tho business survey sur-vey of the fruit industry of the state, which has been in contemplation ever since the annual conventions of the Utah Horticultural society. The state commission met at Ixigan, at the call of President W. H. Homer, Jr. Mr. Homor and Secretary J. Edward Ed-ward Taylor returned from the session ses-sion lato yesterday and gave out the personnel of the groups connected with tho fruit industry which will set about solving its problems. These groups, representing the growers, canners, evaporators, nurserymen, nur-serymen, Importers of fruit products, green fruit shippers and others, will gather their Information about the needs of the trade, and all of them will assemble in Salt Lake City shortly, short-ly, at a date to be determined upon, to compare notes.
