In this connection notice was taken of word that the French government had perfected arrangements for the announced number of grain carrying vessels and that in consequence a moro liberal movement from Argentina Argen-tina and Australia was oxpected. Seaboard Sea-board buying developed here, however, how-ever, when prices decllued. The opening, open-ing, which ranged from 1-2 to 1 1-ic lower with May at $1.23 to 1.29 3-4 and July at $1.22 1-2 to 1.23, was followed by a alight rally. Corn lacked support. Consignments Consign-ments from the country were much more liberal than recently. After opening l-43-8 to 5-833-4c lower, the market underwent a little additional sag.
