Show LAND AND STOCK COMPANY FORMED The Liberty Land & Live Stock company has tiled articles of incorporation incorpor-ation with the county clerk, the capital capi-tal stock being fixed at $15,000, divided divid-ed into shares of the par value of $25 each. The company has taken over a number of sections of grazing lands In the Liberty district at a valuation of $13,200 and will make a business of stock raising. The principal place of business will bo Liberty. Following are the Incorporators and first officers: Charles E. Clark, president, John Shaw, vice-president, whg, with Robert Rob-ert W. Bailey, B. A. Montgomery, J. Edmund Shaw and Andrew A. Clark, form the directorate. Parley J. Clark, who is not a stockholder, has been selected by the board of directors direc-tors to act as secretary and treasurer. |
