Show WYOMING PERSISTS IN ITS QUARANTINE Salt Lake, April 3 Wyoming has refused to modify its sweeping livestock live-stock quarantine against all its neighboring neigh-boring states. Governor William Spry received a telegram yesterday from John B. Kendrick, governor of Wyoming Wyom-ing in which the latter declines to gTant the Utah executive's request for a modification. Governor Spry immediately wired a second protest in which he sets out that Utah sheepmen particularly will suffer many thousands of dollars damage If the quarantine is enforced in itg present drastic form. "If Wyoming persists in such an unprecedented discrimination Utah will have to take retaliatory measures," meas-ures," the governor said. The Wyoming quarantine absolutely prohibits the passage of livestock from its border states over the state line pending the settlement of the foot and mouth danger.
