Show LEGAL JOTICES NOTICE OF INTENTION. Notice is herpby jrlven by the Board of Commissioners of Ogden City. Utah, of the Intention of said Board to make the following described Improvements, to-wlt: To create Twentieth street between Quinry and Steele avenues, and Steele avenue north from Twentieth street 412 T2 feet as a sewer district, and to construct therein a pipe sewer together with the necessary mannoles. and to connect all with the manholes of the present sewer system, and to defray the whole of the cost there of, estimated at $2,125.00. by a local assessment on the lots or pieces of ground lyinc; and being within the following district, being the district to be benefited or affected by said improvements, viz.: All the land lying between the outer out-er boundary lines of said streets and a line drawn 122 feer outward from and parallel to the said outer boundary bound-ary lines, being part of lots 6 and 7. block 48. lots I, 2 3, 4 and 5. block 52, and part of block 47, all in plat "C." Ogden City survey. Also part of the northeast quarter of se tion 2S, township G north, range 1 west, Uni ted States survey; parts of lots 1, 2, 3. 4, 5. 6 and the south one-half of lot 38, and lots 39 to 54, Inclusive, all in block 1, Valley View addition; also parts of lots 1 to 16. Inclusive, and the south one-half of lot 17. block 2. Valley View addition, ugdeu City survey. All protests and objections -to the carrying out of such intention must be presented in writing to the City Recorder on or before the 10th day of April, 1916, "t 10 o'clock a. m., that being the- time set by the said Board of Commissioners w hen they will hear and consider such objections as may be made thereto, at tho mayor's office of-fice at the City Hall, Ogden City, Utah.
