Stephens has begun the erection erec-tion of an apartment house on Twenty-sixth street, between Washingtoa and Adams avenues, that will cost in the neighborhood of $4000. lit will be a three-story structure Tribe & Williams have men and teams at work excavating for a business busi-ness block on Lincoln avenue, between be-tween Twenty-fourth and Twenty-fifth streets. The structure will cost about $6000. On Adams avenue, between Twenty-third Twenty-third and Twenty-fourth streets, John Mole is remodeling his residence at a cost of $2000. Melissa B Staker is buildiug a residence resi-dence on West Twenty fourth street, between C and D avenues, that will cost about $1200
