NOTICE OF INTENTION Notice is hereby given by the Board of Commissioners of Ogden City, Utah, of the Intention of said Board to make the following described improvements, improve-ments, to-wit: To create Thirty-second street between be-tween Washington and Adams avenues ave-nues as a sewer district, and to con struct therein a pipe sewer together with the necessary manholes and to connect all with the manholes of th'; present sewer system, and to defray the whole of the ctjst thereof, estimated esti-mated at $1100.00, by a local assess merit on the lots or pieces of ground lying and being within the following district, being the district to be benefited bene-fited or affected by said improvements, improve-ments, viz : All the land lying between the outer boundary lines of said street and a Hue drawn 132 feet outward from and ' parallel to the said outer boundary i lines, being part of lots II to 16, in elusive, block 4, Woodmansee's Main Ifc't Street addition; lots 11 to 16, Jnclu Ik slve, block 3.
