April 5 Judgment ol the district court, dismissing the suit of Arthur Busse against the Murray Meat Livestock company, is affirmed af-firmed by the supreme court in im opinion handed down yesterday. Husse sued to recover damageb for personal injuries. In the case of Franklin Lawrence against C. E. Murphy to quiet title to three city lots, judgment is reversed re-versed and court for the plaintiff Is lev :n 1 (I a nd the ca -e n manded for a new trial. Judgment is affirmed in the case ol Frederick H. Weight against John H. Bailey Weight sued to enforce a contract nnd the court found for Bailey. Weight appealed.
