ATTEMPT TO STOP BIG COAL MERGER Salt Lake. April 3. Application for an injunction to preent. the transfer of the Castle Valley Coal company's holdings to the United States Fuel company in connection with the recent re-cent $10,000,000 merger of four Utah coal properties was filed with the clerk of the United States district court vesterday afternoon.
