Sues for $326 In the district court the firm of Hirst & Dryfoos has commenced com-menced suit against the Ogden Furniture Fur-niture company to recover $326.40, alleged al-leged to be due for certain goods and wares sold to the defendant company from July 1, 1914, to Juno 21, 1915. Asks Foreclosure In the district court, S. H. Tracy has commenced suit against G. W. Gwllliam and others, oth-ers, to recover $600, alleged to be due o na promissory note of December 15, 1911.
