Notice is hereby given that ft apodal apo-dal meeting of the stockholders of tho Amalgamated Sugar company will be held at tho company's office, Room 322 Eccles Bldg., in Ogden City. Utah, on Saturday, the 19th day of December. 1914. at 2 o'clock p. m. The purposes of said meeting are to vote on a proposition to consolidate consoli-date the Amalgamated Sugar com pany and the Lewiston Sugar company com-pany Into one corporation, and to do whatever may be necessary to perfect per-fect such conwilldatlon and incorporation, incorpo-ration, and to transact such other business as may properly come before be-fore BSld meeting.
