The woman had started on foot ilong the railroad for the city, stating stat-ing when she left Uintah that she was going to town to pay a grocery bill and get suuplies It was impossible impos-sible for the officer to follow the rail road tracks with an automobile so he returned on the county road and has advised the grocer to let him know when Mrs. Andrews calls, when the arrest ar-rest will be made Mr. Hobson found that the woman Is liviug in a tent at Uintah, her hus-jhand hus-jhand having left her a few wetks ago i with three small children. The officer offi-cer stater, however, that the tent is comfortable and there were provisions on hand for the children who likely will become county charges. The tent is situated near residents of Uintah Uin-tah who stated that they would attend at-tend to the little ones until the mohcr shall have been taken care of. It is reported that Mrs. Andrew husband was a section hand, but that he suddenly left the family a shor; time ago and has not been heard of Bln e. He said when he left the tent that he was going to Ogden to get provisions for the family, but Mrr. Andrews said that he ran away from her. oo |
