The Misses Clara and Ethel Rowns and .Alice Peterson rendered several pleasing ocal solos, with piano accompaniment ac-companiment by Mary Jacobs lois Glines and Julia Wade won heart approval v. ith well chosen readings, excellently interpreted. Veil ice Jones, who is known as the Weber comedian among his clans-mntes, clans-mntes, kept the student body in good humor for a number of minute.-, by delivering an original address. in vhich the members ot the faculty vere made the subjev.- of Witty "locals." Myrtle Rhees and Amy Shupe played several choice piano selections, selec-tions, and members of the basketball team spoke optimistically of its chances for winning from the Alumni team on Friday night. Spencer Collins, the yell-master of the school, introduced several new songs and yells, which raised the en tiiu8iasm of the students to a high degree.
