Show JAMES G. FISHER DIES. Blackfoot, Ida.. Dec. 8 Today ha marked the passing of one of Black-foot's Black-foot's and Idaho's pioneer citizens. James G Fisher, aged 80 years, a ant Of Blackfoot since 1865. Mr. ! Fisher died this morning. His widow HH survives, also four sons C. V Fisher H o( the Standrod bank, F. M Fisher iHH of Blackfoot. A. F. Fisher of Idaho H Falls and R, E. Fisher of San Fran- HtHH Mr Fipher enlisted in the Sixteenth BH regmv-nt of th-- United States army !HL at Ifadieon, Wis., in 1 86 1 and re-en- E9B listed in 164, serving under Generals llflH Grant. Sherman and McPlellan. He received a severe wound at the bat- 'SHI He of Shlloh from which he never ! fi lly recovered. The funeral will be HBaj held in Blackfoot Thursday. 'ittla |
