Utah, who, on May ISth. 1915, made Homestead Home-stead Entrv, Serial No. 010254, lor S. E. H, Section 10; N. E. i , Section Sec-tion 15, Township 25 South, Rauge 10 West, Salt Lake Meridian, has filed notice of intention to make three year proof to establish claim to the land above described, before Herbert Her-bert Nichols, U. S. Commissioner, at Milford, Utah, on the 31st day of January, 1917. Claimant names as witnesses: Vivian C. Waddoups, K. H. Adams, Thomas Johnson and George Dhyse, all of Malone, Utah.
