Show IN THE FIFTH JUDICIAL DISTRICT COURT IN AND FOR IRON COUNTY, STATE OF UTAH In the Matter of RACHAEL RINALDI and JOHNATHAN RINALDI, Minor Children. ORDER OF TEMPORARY CUSTODY AND ORDER TO SHOW CAUSE The verified petition of Lloyd P. Woodhouse and Beatrice Woodhouse, his wife, having been filed herein, praying that the above named minor children, to have been deserted and abandoned by their natural father and mother, and having made representations that said minor children may not receive the proper care and support from their natural mother, and for the adoption of said Rachael Rinaldi and Jonathan Rinaldi by petitioners herein, and good cause appearing therefore, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that petitioners, Lloyd P. Woodhouse and Beatrice Woodhouse are hereby vested with the custody of Rachael Rinaldi and Jonathan Rinaldi during the pendency of this matter and the litigation thereof on its merits. IT IS FURTHER HEREBY ORDERED that the natural mother of Rachael Rinaldi and Jonathan Rinaldi, Kathryn Rinaldi Bramblett, and the natural father of said minor children, Stephen A. Rinaldi, appear and show cause at the courtroom of Iron County, located in Parowan, Utah, on the 14th day of July, 1975, at the hour of 10:00 o'clock A.M., and then and there show cause why it should not be adjudged that they have deserted and abandoned said minor children, Rachael Rinaldi and Jonathan Rinaldi, and why said minor children should not be adopted by petitioners, Lloyd P. Woodhouse and Beatrice Woodhouse. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that a copy of this Order of Temporary Custody and Order to Show Cause be published in a newspaper of general circulation in and for Iron County, State of Utah, for a period of four (4) consecutive weeks prior to the date herein set for said hearing. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that a copy of this Order to Show Cause and Petition filed herein be served upon both Kathryn Rinaldi Bramblett and Stephen A.
