Show ENOCH and MIDVALLEY Gay Matheson's children, Janet, Mary Sue and Gay. Sharon and Gaylen returned for a visit with their grandparents. Mr. and Mrs. Don Murie received a visit from Birdeans mother and sister, Mrs. Hazel Forsum and Mrs. Anna Jean Munford and Mrs. Munford's children, all of Tacoma, Wash. Mr. and Mrs. Orien Prince were in Springdale on Saturday to attend" funeral services for Wayne Gifford who died in Van Nuys, Calif. Mrs. Gifford and children and other family members returned here to spend Sat. night and Sun. Mr. and Mrs. Dilworth Armstrong Arm-strong and children are enjoying a visit from Rhea's sister, Sharon Ipson and Children Shawn and Robbie. Tim Stewart, son of Pete and Connie Stewart has been spending spen-ding his vacation in Kansas with grandparents and relatives in that area. Carl Fife spent a few days in the Valley View Medical as the result of an illness. Friends and neighbors of Mrs. Pearl Halterman were happy to know that she was well enough to "' return to her home, after several months of ill health. Mr. and Mrs. Royce Nelson visited here with Mr. and Mrs. Howard Nelson. They came from their home in Dallas, Texas for the wedding of Royce's sister Sara and Desmond Penny. Mr. and Mrs. Dennis Ohms made a brief trip to Las Vegas last week. Bishop and Mrs. Ivan Matheson and son, Ivan were in Salt Lake on Wed. and Thurs. of last week. Ivan visited with his cousins, the Dean Maxwell family. Mr. and Mrs. J. C. Heaton were here from Las Vegas and visited with the Elton Richardson family. Ray Potter went to Las Vegas on Sunday afternoon to pick up Mrs. Potter and the four boys as they returned from a visit in Calif. Mr. and Mrs. Bernard Johnson were here from Farmington to bring back three of Gaylen and Mr. and Mrs. Bill Halterman stopped overnight with Mr. and Mrs. F. H. Grimshaw. They were on their way from Houston, Texas to make their .home .in San Francisco. Mr. Halterman is Mrs. Grimshaw's nephew. Here to attend the wedding reception in Parowan, for Brenda Stubbs, and Robert Rasmussen, were Allen Grimshaw Grim-shaw of Las Vegas, Mr. and Mrs. Richard Grimshaw of Washington, Mr. and Mrs. Alien Grimshaw of Bountiful, and Mr. and Mrs. Olean Hatch of Mon-ticello. |
