Show CHRISTMAS TREE SALE NOTICE The Cedar City District of the Bureau of Land Management will hold an oral auction for the sale of Christmas trees on November 11th, 1975 at 1:00 p.m. in the Beaver River Resource Area office in Cedar City, Utah according to Joseph M. Jarvis, Area Manager. Approximately 2500 single needle pinyon pine trees will be sold in two sales of 1000 each and one sale of 500 trees. Bids will be received separately for each of the sale areas. Bidders will be required to make a deposit of not less than 10 percent of the appraised ap-praised value prior to the opening of bidding for the sale. Deposits can be in the form of cash, money orders, bank drafts, cashiers checks or certified checks made payable to the Bureau of Land Management. The appraised value of the sale is $1.00 per tree. This is the minimum bid that will be accepted. ac-cepted. Deposits of unsuccessful bidders will be returned upon completion of the sale. A "show me" tour of the sale areas will be conducted at 9.00 a.m. on November 10th, 1975. Prospective bidders are asked to meet at the BLM warehouse, 820 North Main, Cedar City, Utah with their transportation.
