1 NOTICE TO WATER USERS The following application has been filed with the State Engineer to change water in Iron County throughout the entire year unless otherwise designated. Location in SLB&M. a-8614 (71-3311) Wilford R. Berry, 941 East La Habra Blvd., La Habra, California 90631, proposes to change the point of diversion and place of use of 80 ac. ft. of water as evidenced by a deeded portion of Appl. 15549 (71-204). (71-204). The water has been diverted from 3 existing wells at points: (1) N. 190 ft. and W. 1145 ft. from SE Cof.; (2) N. 170 ft. and E. 105 ft. from SW Cor.; (3) N. 150 ft. and E. 2640 ft. from SW Cor.; all Sec. 30, T34S, R16W; and used from Mar. 15 to Nov. 1 for the irrigation of 20 acs. in SEU, S',SW'4 Sec. 30, T34S, R16W. Hereafter, 80 ac. ft. of water is to be diverted from an existing well at a point N. 275 ft. and E. 1680 ft. from WV4 Cor. Sec. 9, T36S, R16W (2 mi. south of Beryl Junction); and used from Mar. 15 to Nov. 1 for the supplemental irrigation of 177.80 acs. but limited to sole supply of 20 acs. in SWI4SEV4, SEV4SW4 Sec. 4, N W ','4 N E '4 , N E 14 N W 1,-4 , SWi.4NEi4, SEV4NW4 Sec. 9, T36S, R16W. Protests resisting the granting of this application with reasons therefor must be filed in duplicate with the State Engineer, 442 State Capitol, Salt Lake City, Utah 84114, on or before December 6, 1975.
