Show NOTICE TO WATER USERS The following applications have been filed with the State Engineer to change water in Iron County throughout the entire I year unless otherwise I designated. Locations in SLB&M. a-8C17 (73-48) Aril and Lockey T. Stratton, Rt. 1, Cedar City, Utah 84720, proposes to change the point of diversion and place of use of 3.99 ac. ft. of water as evidenced by Underground Water Claim 13494. The water has been diverted from an 8-inch well, 220 ft. deep at a point S. 70 ft. and W. 1090 ft. from NE Cor. Sec. 8, T36S, RllW; and used for domestic purposes of one family, stockwatering of 20 cattle and 5 horses; and used from Mar. 15 to Oct. 31 for the irrigation of 0.64 acs. in NEI4NEI4 Sec. 8, T36S, RllW. Hereafter, 3.99 ac. ft. of water is to be diverted from an 8-inch well, 200-300 ft. deep at a point S. 125 ft. and W. 1155 ft. from NE irrigation of 54.40 acs. but limited . to sole supply of 0.5 acs. in N E ' 4 S W V4 , S W 1, 4 S E 14 , SE1.4SW1.4 Sec. 21, T35S, RllW. Hereafter, 2.0 ac. ft. of water is to be diverted from an 8-inch well, 200-300 ft. deep at a point N. 216 ft. and W. 566 ft. from SV4 Cor. Sec. 21, T35S, RllW (North of Cedar City); and used for domestic purposes of one family ; and used from Mar. 15 to Oct. 31 for the supplemental irrigation of 0.32 acs. but limited to the sole supply of 0.3175 acs. in SEV4SWV4 Sec. 21, T35S, RllW. Protests resisting the granting of these applications with reasons therefor must be filed in duplicate with the State Engineer, 442 State Capitol, Salt Lake City, Utah 84114, on or before December 13, 1975.
