Show Parowan plansahead for Bicentennial Celebration Music. Decemb December, Caroling for America It is hoped that all of the citizens of Parowan will plan to take an active part in these activities. Some of these will require costumes so everyone is encouraged to make this a family project. It has also been suggested that all the gardens in America have a red-white-blue color scheme for the coming year and the committee encourages this. The garden tour in August will award three prizes to the most outstanding gardens in the community. The Arts Festival will include all forms of American arts from soap-making to rug braiding to modern art. Plan now to make America's Bicentennial a part of your life during the next year.
