Show Mary M. McDonald, renowned artist, instructor at SUSC I instructor at SUSC for five years. Mrs. MacDonald is married to G. D. MacDonald, retired general superintendent , ore operations, U. S. Steel. I A member of the Southwest Region American Craftsmen's Council in New York City is an art instructor at Southern Utah State College. Mary M. MacDonald is a part-time part-time instructor in ceramics and is SUSC color and design consultant. con-sultant. Mrs. MacDonald was educated at SUSC, Utah State University, Mills College in Oakland, California, and at the California College of Arts and Crafts. Awards for her work include first and second places in pottery at the Utah State Fair and Awards of Merit from the American Craftsmen's Council Southwest Region Invitational Show in Salt Lake City. Her works have been exhibited at SUSC, University of Utah. Utah State University, Craftsmen of the West Shows in Seattle, Washington, and at the Utah Designer Craftsmen Show in Salt Lake City. She is former vice president of Utah Designer Craftsmen and former president of the Cedar City Fine Arts Guild. She taught at Central Wyoming College, Riverton, Wyoming in 1967 68 prior to which she was an art |
