Show Harold Edwards, dies; honored at Funeral Services Priest Group Leader. Edwards graduated from BAC in Cedar City. He worked for the Union Pacific Railroad for 35 years. Survivors include his wife, Milford; four sons: Rodney Harold, Glendale, Calif.; Richard Lyman, San Diego, Calif.; Robert Lyman, Provo and Bryan Lee, Milford. Three daughters: Mrs. Harry (Gayle) Hollingshaus, Fremont, Calif.; Mrs. Gary (Mary) Weston, Murray; and Mrs. Evan (Jaon) Ginn, Sandy. Also surviving are 19 grandchildren, two brothers and four sisters: Cecil, Provo; Gerald, Salt Lake City; Mrs. Marie Himstreet, Salt Lake City; Mrs. Gladys Edwards and Mrs. Claude (Helen) Dix, both of Cedar City and Mrs. Leola Duke, Reno, Nev. Funeral services were held Monday, Aug. 22 for Harold Edwards, 60, of Milford who died Thursday, Aug. 18. Services were held in the Milford First Ward LDS Chapel. Speakers at the services were Mitch Fisher and Rodney H. Edwards with remarks by Bishop Sheldon Albrecht, who conducted. A eulogy was given by Lyman Munford. Family prayer was offered by Gary A. Weston, invocation was by S. W. Nichols and the benediction was by Evan D. Ginn. Dedication of the grave at the Milford City Cemetery was by Harry Hollingshaus. Muscial selections included in-cluded a vocal duet, "Whispering Hope," by Kamona Smith and Gladys Whittaker, accompanied by Marge Mecham; and a vocal trio, "In The Garden," by Jo Kollam, Bonnie Easton and Sally Rose. They were accompanied ac-companied by Patricia Nelson. Prelude and postlude music was by Edna Nichols. Edwards was born June 26, 1917 in Paragonah to William Robert Monroe and Emily Hetta Richard Edwards. Ed-wards. He married Beth Lyman, Aug. 26, 1938 in Parowan. The marriage was later solemnized in the LDS Temple. The couple moved to Milford in 1942. He was an active member of the LDS Church and was serving as Executive Secretary in the Milford First Ward at the time of his death.
