Reclamation was granted withdrawals on some 43,000 acres in Washington County. When project plans were terminated in 1975, the Bureau of Reclamation applied to have the BLM of these lands. Before this can be done, BLM must prepare a Lands Activity Plan and Environmental En-vironmental Assessment Record identifying subsequent sub-sequent actions on the lands involved.
