Show NOTICE TO WATER USERS The following application has been filed with the State Engineer to change water in Iron County throughout the entire year unless otherwise designated. Locations in SLB&M. a-8720 (71-3319) Melvin H. and Belva H. Gardner, Box 18B, Newcastle, Utah 84756, proposes to change the point of diversion, place and nature of use of 80.40 ac. ft. of water out of a total of 150.40 ac. ft. of water from Iron Co. to Washington Co. as evidenced by a portion of App. 14642 (71-1906) Cert. 4678. The water has been diverted from a well at a point S. 225 ft. and W. 290 ft. from NE Cor. Sec. 32, T36S R16W; and used from Mar. 15 to Nov. 1 for the irrigation of 20.10 acs. in SEV4 Sec. 29, T36S, R16W. Hereafter, 80.40 ac. ft. of water is to be diverted from a 16 inch well, 500 ft deep at a point S. 2400 ft. and E. 2000 ft. from NW Cor. Sec. 4, T37S, R16W, (4 mi. NE Enterprise); and used for the stockwatering of 14 cattle and 2 pigs; and used from Mar. 15 to Nov. 1 for the irrigation of 20.0 acs. in Lots 1-6, and WV2NE'4SEi4 Sec. 4, T37S R16W. Protests resisting the granting of this application with reasons therefor must be filed in-duplicate in-duplicate with the State Engineer, 442 State Capitol, Salt Lake City, Utah 84114, on or before March 13, 1976.
