Show Non-profit Corp. is 'formed at Cedar City Coleman plant A non-profit Utah Corporation, Corpora-tion, to be known as the Coleman Cole-man Employee Activity Club, has been formed at the Coleman Cole-man Company Cedar City plant. President of the employee organization is Garth Gilger , with Edith Hunter serving as : vice president and Betty Davis j as secretary and treasurer, i Members of the board of di- rectors include Peggy Tuckett, Reva Shamo, Claude Brazell and Louise Stubbs. The club was formed to provide pro-vide social and recreational activities for employees and families of the employees of the plant here in Cedar City. They are anticipating com-. com-. pany wide picnics, sponsorship sponsor-ship of a bowling league, and a number of special parties for occasions such as Christmas Christ-mas and Halloween. Membership in the club is set at $1. This membership will be matched on a dollar for dollar basis by the Coleman Cole-man Company and the company com-pany will also turn over all commissions from vending machines in the plant to the club. Coleman has already turned over all vending machine ma-chine commissions since the first of the year, it was indicated indi-cated by a representative.
