Applications must be received re-ceived by July 15, according to Mr. Uibel. Anyone interested interest-ed in applying can do so by writing Mr. Uibel co the College. The Office of Community Services at Southern Utah State College is offering two N.T.L. scholarships for community com-munity leaders from the Five County area according to J. Lynn Uibel, Coordinator of Community Services. The two scholarships are for the Community Leadership Laboratory to be held in Cedar City, August 3-15. The purpose of the workshop is to train interested in-terested community leaders to deal with problems such as housing, planning, recreation, juvenile delinquency, education, educa-tion, health, economic development, devel-opment, intergroup relations and comprehensive community communi-ty development. Total cost of the complete session is $450.00 which includes in-cludes instruction, meals, housing, recreation, etc. The Community Services scholarships scholar-ships will pay $250.00 of the total cost.
