Daniel Crawford performed per-formed a double-ring wedding ceremony at the Third Ward .Chapel, Friday, June 2, uniting unit-ing Miss Teresa Lynn Sherratt ,and Earl Bradley Gower. The new Mrs. Gower is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Lloyd Sherratt of Cedar City, and the bridegroom is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Kenneth Gower, also of Cedar City. Following the nuptial ex-change ex-change the couple was hosted at a reception in the Third Ward Relief Society Room. The bride greeted guests in a floor-length bridal gown of white chiffon over satin. Her veil was caught to a crown of seed pearls and rhinestones, and she carried a bouquet of yellow roses and chrysanthe- j muns surrounding an orchid. Attendants to the bride in cluded Mrs. Ronald Theobald as matron of honor and Miss Becky Gower, Miss Kathy Roberts, Ro-berts, Miss Julie Sevy, and Miss Mary Lambeth as bridesmaids. brides-maids. All wore white lace over yellow taffeta and carried car-ried a bouquet of white and yellow chrysanthemuns. Kenneth Gower, brother of the bridegroom, stood as best man, and Steve Mitchell, Lee Baretn, Graydon Wood, and! Rodney Forsyth served as ushers. ush-ers. The couple honeymooned in Las Vegas. For her going away outfit the bride selected a shift of yellow linen. Mrs. Gower is a student at Cedar City High School, while Mr. Gower is attending College Col-lege of Southern Utah. They will make their home in Cedar City. |
