Websters defeated Milne 10 to 1, then staved off a determined deter-mined rally by Kiwanis to finally fin-ally win 7 to 6. Against Kiwanis, Websters moved into the final inning of play with a comfortable 7 to 0 lead, but Kiwanis nearly turned turn-ed the tables with a six run spree that fell only one run I fcuort oi lying tlie game. Laie iJUrton, on tue mound ior Ki-jwanis, Ki-jwanis, gave up 11 hits. Rotary moved out to a 3 to 0 lead, but Milne came back in the third to push in five runs on three hits to take the lead, a lead they never lost. For Rotary, Ro-tary, Joe Hoyt, Billy Heyborne and Craig Rollo, saw mound duty. Steven Ilafen was the winning win-ning pitcher for Kiwanis in their win over Coleman while Lee Holmes suffered the loss. Errors and walks accounted for the difference in the game as the more experienced Kiwanis Ki-wanis team took advantage of the mistakes.
