FRAME Susan Bird Recites Temple Vows i A double-ring ceremony performed per-formed May 29 in the St. George LDS Temple united Miss Susan Bird and Jerold M. Frame In marriage. President Rudgar C. Atkin officiated. The bride is a daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Hugh V. Bird, Salina, Utah, and the bridegroom bride-groom is a son of Mr. and Mrs. Vernee C. Frame, Cedar City. For her nuptials, Including a reception May 29 in the Salina Sa-lina First Ward Chapel and an open house in the LDS Institute In-stitute of Religion, Cedar City, May 30, the bride wore an empire em-pire waist-line dress in a rose pattern flocked with white satin. sa-tin. The gown featured a chapel cha-pel train which fell from the shoulders, lily-point sleeves, and double satin piping ac-, centing the dress style. The bridal illusion veil was secured secur-ed by a rhinestone and pearl tiara. Completing the attire was a bouquet made of beau-brummel beau-brummel roses, lily-of-the-val-1 ley and center orchids. i and pink colors. Mrs. Bird and Mrs. Frame both were adorned with beau brummel rose bud I corsages blending with their , dresses. I Assisting at the reception in I Salina were Miss Vicki Smith, . who was in charge of the guest book and the bride's grandmother and great aunt, who cut and served the wedding wed-ding cake. During the open house in Cedar City, Mrs. Robert Frame took charge of the guest book, Mrs. Michael Frame acted as hostess with Robert Frame as host. Michael Frame stood in line as best man and Morris Quarnberg, Dennis Bird, Larry Lar-ry Silcox were Senior Ushers while David and Robbie Frame were junior ushers. Kitchen hostesses were Mrs. Cleo Petty, Mrs. Edward Severance, Sev-erance, Mrs. Neil Boyter, Mrs. Ronald Watts and Mrs. Reid Cox. Serving were Artis Petty, Lynda Esplin, Terri Bradshaw, Lynette Cowley, Elaine Hatch Attendants to the bride were dressed in pink shades of dresses styled to floor-length. They carried ball-shaped bouquets bou-quets made of white mums and pink and orchid streamers. stream-ers. Matrons of honor were Mrs. Larry Silcox, Mrs. Morris Quarnberg, sister of the couple. Following a ten day honeymoon honey-moon trip to San Francisco and vicinity and to Lake Ta-hoe Ta-hoe in California, the couple will make their home in Provo where both have resided. The former Miss Bird is a senior student at Brigham ' Young University and will graduate from that institute in August from the School of Home Economics. Mr. Frame holds both a B.A. and M.S. degree from BYU and is a graduate from the School of Therapy at UCLA. He trained at Children's Chil-dren's Hospital Center in North Hollywood and served a rotating internship in eight hospitals In the Los Angeles area. He is now head of the Therapy Department at BYU Medical Center. |
