Show HEWS NOTES OF.SUMMIT ACTIVITIES By Hulda Peterson Howard Dal'ey made a trip to Logan last week end to take his daughter, LaRue, who it attend-ing attend-ing the Utah State Agricultural College. She had been home recovering re-covering from injuries sustained in an automobile accident. Mr. and Mrs. Harold Smith are the proud grandparents of a baby boy, born to their son and daughter-in-law, Mr. and Mrs. Victor Smith of Paragonah. Gale Benson entertained a number of friends at a birthday party Saturday. There has been quite an epidemic epi-demic of flu in town the past few weeks, with some of the people rather seriously ill. Attending the last week's Temple Tem-ple excursion from Summit were Mr. and Mrs. Ray Farrow, Ella Lawrence, Ann Madsen. Susanna illulet. Hulda Peterson, Mr. and I Mrs. Howard Dalley, Alma Law-irence, Law-irence, Chester Benson, Jay Dav j enport, Mr. and Mrs. Carlyle Hu-I Hu-I let and Boyd Walker. J Mr. and Mrs. Dee White have ! moved into the home of Mrs. Car-lol Car-lol Johnson for the coming yeai I as Mrs. Johnson Is teaching school in Cedar City again next year. Many of our ward members attended at-tended quarterly conference In Parowan Sunday. Mr. and Mrs. Glen Williamson and Edwin Williamson of Las Vegas, visited for a short time at the home of Hulda Peterson this week. Mrs. Susanna Hulet visited with Mr. and Mrs. Millard Hal-terman Hal-terman In Enoch last week. Ray Grlmshaw is working in Milford at present. |
