Show Enoch and Midvalley By Cora Murie Mr. and Mrs. William Mathe-son Mathe-son of Kruita visited with Mr. and Mrs. Evan Matlieson last Thursday and Friday. Mr. and Mrs. Douglas Grim-shaw Grim-shaw and children of Salt Lake City visited in Enoch and Cedar for a few days. Mrs. Aurelia Petty spent a few days in Bountiful this last week. Miss Ann Grimshaw had the misfortune to break her arm while Khe was tobogganing with a crowd of young people. Mrs. Loven Maxwell McGook-in McGook-in and a lady friends from Long Beach, Calif., visited here last Sunday. Owen Matheson stent a few days in Salt Lake City on busl-ness busl-ness and visited with his son Barnard and family. Mr. and Mrs. LaMar Matheson and children visited with La-Mar's La-Mar's mother In St. George last Sunday. They are going through the temple next Saturday. There will be a group from Enoch go through with them. Val Dean Williams of St.. George visited with his grand-' narents, M. and Mrs. Urie Williams, Wil-liams, over the week end. Mr. and Mrs. Emery Wilcox and daughter, Miss Elols Wilcox and Mr. and Mrs. Melvin Wilcox Wil-cox and three children of Clearfield Clear-field spent the wek end with their daughter and sister, Mrs. Dee Wilcken and family. The Gold and Green Ball that the M I A put on last Friday night was a huge success. The decorations were beautiful and followed the theme "Deep Pur- j pie." The Enoch orchestra furnished fur-nished the music. j Miss Betty Jones of Las Vegas Ve-gas spent a day at home with her folks, Mr. and Mrs. Willard Jones. i Mr. and Mrs. Raymond Chris-1 tensen and children spent the week end in Ogden visiting withl their mother. Mrs. II. C. Chris- ensen and other relatives. ' At the 4-H Leaders School in Logan last week Helen Jones was named as a member of the State. 4-H Advisory Committee. Helen represents Beaver and Iron Coun-ties Coun-ties s a member of that planning plan-ning committee. Miss Trudy Jones celebrated her 11th birthday by having 14 of her friends in. Mrs. Ivor Jones had a birthday , tarty for her sister Mrs. Helen Jone?
