Show Judge Durham Morris To Attend Juvenile Institute Judge Durham Morris of the Sixth Juvenile District Court In Cedar City, Utah has been selected se-lected as a consultant for the In-termountain In-termountain Juvenile Court Institute In-stitute being held March 3 . 6, 1957 in Provo. The Institute, which will be attended by Judges and probation proba-tion officers from eight Inter-mountain Inter-mountain states, is under the sponsorship of the National Council of Juvenile Court Judges with the Third Juvenile District Court of Utah as hosts. Judge Monroe J. Paxman is general chairman, and Miss Roberta Mor-risey, Mor-risey, staff member, is Institute Director. The theme of the Institute will be better public understanding and better, more adequate court services for youth In trouble. Emphasis Em-phasis will be placed on the necessity ne-cessity of seeking civic groups and Individual citizens to participate parti-cipate actively In both prevention preven-tion and rehabilitation In order to assure maximum success.
