Show Elwin Armstrong Fills Unexpired School Board Position Iron County School board In special meeting Monday evening named Elwin Armstrong of Enoch to the board to fill the vacancy va-cancy left when Samuel Abbott of Paragonah succumbed. Armstrong, a lifelong resident of southern Utah, is a farmer and poultryman at Enoch. He will complete the unexpired term of Mr. Abbott through 1958, under current statutes. Abbott was elected to the board In 1954 for a four year term to represent that portion of Iron County School District lying out. side of Parowan and Cedar City. This includes Paragonah, Summit, Sum-mit, Enoch and the Escalante 1 Valley. |
