The lovely bride is the former Grace Stone. Grace Stone Becomes Bride in Church Rites Impressive wedding vows werej recited Saturday evening at the. Cedar First Ward by Grace Stone and Douglas Melling, popular pop-ular young Cedar City couple. The ceremony was performed by Bishop Homer Jones. The new Mrs. Melling is the, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Gray- don Stone and the bridegroom is a son of Mr. and Mrs. William Melling. all of Cedar City. Parents of the couple honored them immediately following the ceremony at a reception in the Relief Society room of the chapel. cha-pel. The bride greeted guests In a beautiful white brocaded satin gown with long sleeves tapering to the fingertips. Her veil was caught to a crown of orange blossoms and she carried a bouquet bou-quet of red roses surrounded by white daisies. Attending the bride was a sis. ter. Eva Stone, as maid of honor. Bridesmaids were Ray Janson, Jean Rhodes and Myrl St ope, a sister of the bride. Standing as jbest man was Boyd Flack. Flower girls Included two sis-ters sis-ters of the bride, Ruth and Edith Stone; Roma Melling, sister of the bridegroom and Lana Neptune, Nep-tune, Connie Grimshaw and Katie Kat-ie Clark. Ushers were brothers of the bridegroom. Alan, Dee and Joe Melling. Acting as hostess for the eve-inlng eve-inlng was Joan Grim.haw. Attending At-tending the guest book was Marie Neptune. Assisting In the gift room were Charlene Holyoak. Linda Heaton, Linda Mitchell. Cloe Evans, Jerry Bulloch, Miriam iTuttle and Shirley Hirschl. Serving and assisting ir the 'kitchen were Ada Arns, Beth i '"Tnor. Ethel Robinson, Donna Nelson, Betsy Ann Fretwell. Ron-i Ron-i Nelson. Linda Robins. Vickie Warner, Virginia Muir and Bar-b-- Rallow. Following the reception fh-Miple fh-Miple left on a short honeymoon r- to Las Veeas, Nev. area.
