Show CEDAR CITY SOCIAL SWING Mrs. Chris Kupfer, Mrs. Mary Duncan and son Larry and Edward Ed-ward Ward of Brigham City were week end guests at the Vern Kupfer home. Leaving on Sunday Sun-day the vacationers planned a visit in San Diego, Calif., before returning for another short visit in Cedar City. Mr. and Mrs. Hugh Cheever and son, Leon, returned this week from Garby, Mont., where they spent a week visiting. The MacNeil Mathews family of Norwalk, Calif., returned home for vacation iime recently. FlHu-ing FlHu-ing their visit most pleasant were Mrs. Maxine Adams and Mr. and Mrs. Donald Mathews. Little Vivki Mathews stayed with her grandmother grand-mother Adams and petite Patrica Mathews was cared for by her paternal grandparents while their folks made a trip to Zion, Grand and Bryce National Parks and on to Salt Lake City dining a few days of their Utah visit. Making an over-night stop at the A. W. Stephenson residence were Mr. Stephenson's nieces, Elaine and Marilyn Larson of Brigham City. They were accompanied accom-panied by two friends from the Northern Utah city. The girls were enroute to Zion, Grand and Bryce National Parks for a week's vacation. Mr. and Mrs. Claude Smith have as their guests Mrs. Ed Brenderson, a sister of Mrs. Smith, and her daughter Robin of Chino, Calif., and Mrs. Smith's parents, Mr. and Mrs. Eugene Laborde of Pomona, Calif. A few weeks vacation, vaca-tion, fishing and mountain sports have been planned for entertainment entertain-ment by their hosts. Mr. and Mrs. Joseph L. Fak-ler Fak-ler made a rush trip to Cedar City this past week to visit with relatives before leaving for an extended stay at the South Rim of Grand Canyon. 1 |
