Show Kiwanis Club Looks To Cause of Freedom The Kiwanis Club of Cedar City, Monday evening at the regular meeting, dedicated the meeting to a patriotic theme based on the Crusade for Freedom Free-dom which sponsors the Radio Free Europe and Europe Free Press. A film depicting the work of these two organizations was shown and a short talk on freedom free-dom and what it means was given by guest speaker Eugene T. Woolf. Wool-worth Wool-worth Store In Cedar City, was elected to the board to fill an unexpired term. According to President Burns Sherratt, the election brought the board to full strength for the current year. Nejrt meeting of the club will be Monday, Feb. 11 at which time a Valentine party will be held with wives of club members mem-bers to be guests at the event. Meeting will be held at 8 p. m. instead of the usual 6:15, it was pointed out. |
