Applegate Family Journeys East to Attend Lions Confab Mr. and Mrs. Don Applegate" and five of their children, Steven, Stev-en, Mickie, Evalee, Chris and David left the first of the Week for Atlantic City, N. J. where Mr. Applegate will represent the Lions clubs of this area at that International Convention of that large civic organization. Don was named District Governor Gov-ernor of Utah District No. 28-H at the convention of the Lions of Utah held in St. George early in May. The Applegates drove to the East coast and planned to spend two or three weeks on the trip, visiting principal cities enroute to and from the convention as well as places of interest pertaining pertain-ing to U. S. history as well as the L D S Church.
