Show Iron County Farm Bureau Elects New Officers New officers were elected by the Iron County Farm Bureau at the annual banquet held In Enoch last Thursday evening, urhlU officers' of the Farm Bur-Ireau Bur-Ireau Auxiliary were ejected to serve for another term. Earl Bunn of Parowan was named president of the Farm Bureau to succeed Budd Nelson. Lyle Halterman, Parowan, was named vice president, to fill a vacancy in that position. These two officers were authorized to fill the positions of members of board of directors and secretary by appointment. Auxiliary officers' reelected were Elaine Nelson, Cedar City, president; Donna Jean Mitchell, Parowan, vice president; Barbara Bar-bara Bryant, Cedar City, secre-retary; secre-retary; Lavell Adams, Parowan, and Mary Mae Nelson, Cedar City, directors. Other offices will be f Uled by appointment The annual banquet proved to be highly successful with the women .of the Enoch ward serving ser-ving a delightful banquet, and three speakers bringing interesting interest-ing information to the Iron County Coun-ty members'. Speakers told of activities in Washington, D. C of the Farm Bureau program in Utah, and of the organization's annual 'Talent Find" program. |
