Show NEWS FROM NEW HARMONY j By Vada Grant Mr. and Mrs. Thomas J. Pearce moved home last week from Cedar Ce-dar City where they have been living for the past several months. Major Paul Dostalek has been home for several days visiting his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Emil Dostelak. Mr. and Mrs. Orson Hammond spent two days in St George recently re-cently attending sessions at the LDS Temple. Wendell Mathls has been here from Los Angeles the past few days visiting his parents, Mr. and Mrs. A. F. Mathls. Monday Wendell took his parents on a trip to Page. Ariz. Mr. and Mrs. Heber Woolsey and family of Cedar City visited here Tuesday of last week with Mr. and Mrs. Orson Hammond. The Daughters of Pioneers held their meeting Wednesday at the home of Melissa Hammond. Mrs. Bea Piatt and children of New Castle visited here Sunday afternoon with relatives. Sharlene Prince was home from Cedar City Sunday visiting her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Marlon Prince. Mr. and Mrs. Vivian Prince and family visited in St. George on Sunday afternoon. Miss Vclda Grant visited in Cedar City on Saturday with her cousin, Patsy Hall. Mr. and Mrs. Clyde Hunt and family of Cedar City visited here Sunday with Mr. and Mrs. Lylej Prince. Mr. and Mrs. Ed Hall and Mr. and Mrs. Dean Hall attended a party Monday evening In Cedar City at the home or iur. ana irs. Gerald Hall. The party was in honor of Mr. and Mrs. Ed Hall's 60th wedding anniversary. Mr. and Mrs. Andrew Sohmutz returned from Salt Lake City on Tuesday evening. They had spent la week visiting with their children, chil-dren, Dr. and Mrs. Gardner SchmuU and daughter, and Mrs. Beverly Schmutz and sons. |
