Show NOTICE TO WATER USERS The following applications have been filed with the State Engineer Engi-neer to Change or Appropriate water in Iron County, State of Utah, throughout the entire year unless otherwise designated. All locations are in SLB&M. To Chang: a-4124 Enterprise Farms Co., Enterprise, Utah proposes to change the point of diversion and place of use of 505.2 r . ft. of water wa-ter evidenced by Water Users Claim No. 166, Escalante Valley Proposed Determination of Water Rights. The water has been diverted di-verted from four wells at the following fol-lowing points: (1) S. 74.6 ft. & W. 2602 ft. from EV Cor. Sec. 17. (2) S. 28.5 ft. & W. 1428 ft from SW Cor. Sec. 29. (3t S. 102 ft. & W. 2626 ft. from EVi Cor. Sec. 20. (4) S. 135 ft. & W 63 ft from SE Cor. Sec. 29. All in T36S, R16W. The water has been co-mingled co-mingled and used from Mar. 1 to Oct. 31 for the supplemental irrigation of 1681.9 acres in SE1- See. 8, E'i Sec. 17, Ett Sec. 20, E4SEU Sec. 19, SW of Sec. 20, all of Sec. 29, EEi Sec. 30, T36S, R16W. Herealter the same quantity of water will be diverted during the same period as heretofore from a 16-In. well 300 to 400 ft deep at a point N. 30 ft. and W. 2600 ft. from SE Cor, Sec. 8, T36S. R16W,. add will be used for the Irrigation of 126.3 acres in Sec. 8, T36S, R16W. a-4449 Enterprise Farms Co., Enterprise, Ut. proposes to change the point of diversion and place of use of 599.2 of 894.8 ac. ft of. water evidenced by Water Wa-ter Users Claim No. 937, Escalante Escal-ante Valley Proposed Determination Determina-tion of Water Rights. The water has been diverted from a well at a point S. 50 ft and W. 1225 ft. from NE Cor. Sec. 30, T36S, R16W and used from Mar. 1 to Oct. 31 for the irrigation of 223.7 acres in ESEK Sec. 19, SWK Sec. 20. T3CS. R16W. Hereafter 599.2 ac. ft is to be diverted during the same period from a 16-in. well 400 to 500 ft deep at a point N. 30 ft and E. 60 ft. from S'4 Cor. Sec. 20, T36S, R16W. The water will now be used to Irrigate 146.9 acres in SEK Sec. 20 T36S, R16W. a-4565 Day Farms, co Ar-villa Ar-villa II. Day, 166 N. 500 W. Cedar Ce-dar City, Ut proposes to change the point of diversion and place of use of .858 sec. ft. of vater evidenced by Underground Water Claims Nos. 18386, 18387, 18388, 20537 and 20538. The water has been diverted from five wells covered by the above claims, in amounts and at the following points: (1) 18386, .167 sec. ft at S. 38 ft. and W. 3135 ft. from EU Cor. Sec. 35, T33S, R9W. The water has been used for stock-watering stock-watering of 50 cattle and 2000 sheep and from Apr. 1 to Oct 31 for supplemental Irrigation of 90 acres. All uses in NE14SWW. The water was to have been diverted from a well at a point S. 890 ft and E. 240 ft from N Cor. Sec. 15, T35S, R16W. The water to be used for the domestic requirement of 1 family, for the watering of 200 cattle, 3 horses, 50 poultry and from Mar. 15 to Nov. 1 for the irrigation ir-rigation of 81.1 acres in NEVi- NE, NWUNEV4, SEViNE'i, SW-ViNEU SW-ViNEU Sec. 15, T35S R16W.
